At ACAC, we want to help you. The only way to do that is to be the most accessible we can possibly be. This is done by providing quality behavioral health and substance abuse therapy to the residents of both greater Grand Rapids and Muskegon Communities. We have been doing this since 1984. We are licensed by the State of Michigan and accredited by the Joint Commission. Our mission and desire is to be the premier provider of behavioral health and related issues. We strive to accomplish this by understanding our patients’ needs, applying the talents of our exceptional and knowledgeable therapists, and keeping abreast of all the new behavioral methods, promoting an environment of patient satisfaction and consistently delivering excellence.

All clients are assessed for the level of care they need, and an individualized plan of care is developed. The client’s input is critical and all therapy planning includes the individual’s desires and needs. With permission from the client, his or her family members, life partner, and physician may be included in their care plan. All therapists are experienced master’s level professionals with over twenty-five years experience in the field of behavioral health. We pride ourselves with providing the highest quality individualized care for our clients.
